Annual contracts
Annual contracts require 30 days' written notice before the renewal date. If notice is received after that window, the renewal remains active unless a statutory exception applies.

Monthly contracts
Monthly contracts can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.

Billing note
Cancellation does not remove unpaid invoices that were issued before the cancellation date.
